Welcome to Truefit, where our vision is “transforming your potential into progress one workout at a time.” By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking the "Continue to Payment" button and proceeding with the payment process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. This agreement is legally binding, and you must accept these Terms to use our services.
2. Service Description
Truefit provides the following services:
1. Free Onboarding Calls: A one-time call to discuss your goals and how we can assist you.
2. Onboarding Kit: A complimentary kit delivered to your address after sign-up.
3. Weekly Zoom Calls: Virtual consultation calls available at your discretion.
4.Customized Diet and Workout Plans: Tailored plans designed to meet your specific health goals.
5. Cheat Meal Planning: Guidance on incorporating cheat meals into your routine.
6. Progress Tracking: We require you to submit three progress photos and all measurements, including weight. Submission of these materials is entirely voluntary
and only necessary if you feel comfortable doing so.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use our services. Any person under the age of 18 must get an undertaking signed from their parents/guardians in order to avail our services.
4. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
At Truefit, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals by offering personalized guidance and support. Our advice and plans are grounded in general wellness principles. However, please be aware that our team members are *health and training consultants, not certified medical professionals*.
While we design our programs with your safety in mind, it's important to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new diet or workout routine, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. We aim to complement your journey to better health, not replace the advice of a qualified medical professional.
Your well-being is our priority, but it's essential to make informed decisions based on your personal health needs.
5. Personal Responsibility
By using our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and safety. Truefit shall not be held liable for any injuries, health issues, or other damages arising from following our plans. Any pre-existing medical conditions that are not disclosed to us will not be our responsibility, and any consequences arising from such conditions will be solely the customer's responsibility.
6. Data collection and Privacy
We collect personal data such as progress photos, measurements, and other relevant information to better tailor our services to your needs. This data will be used strictly for the purpose of providing our services and will be stored securely. We adhere to the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws concerning data protection. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Payment Terms
Truefit charges ₹1,499 per month on an autopay model. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
8. Limitation of Liability
Truefit is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Truefit, including but not limited to diet plans, workout plans, and onboarding kit materials, is the intellectual property of Truefit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.
10. Modification of Terms
Truefit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panchkula, India.
12. Force Majeure
Truefit shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, or governmental actions.
