At TrueFit, we aim to process and ship all orders within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order. Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details via email, allowing you to track your package as it makes its way to you.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service, but typically range between 3-4 business days after dispatch.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, but only under the following conditions:

• Damaged items: If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, a return can be initiated. However, to qualify for a return, you must provide a recorded unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
